A rejection of the Word of God leads to apostasy. People who ignore the words of Jesus are trying to stand on sinking sand. Sadly, many in the contemporary church are making the same error. This is seen in the ‘Christian deconstruction’ movement, where ‘exvangelicals’ prefer man’s opinions, often including evolutionary arguments. A return to the Bible’s authority is the only answer.
